  • Brandon Wynn

    Managing Partner, Head Of Investments

    Brandon Wynn serves as Managing Partner and Head of Investments at Wynn Developers. He is actively involved in the management of the Firm's investment platform and is responsible for directing investment strategy. Brandon has over 12 years of investment experience across multifamily, mixed-use, and adaptive reuse development projects having been a principal on 15+ full cycle workforce housing investments throughout Central Ohio.

    Brandon is a graduate of The Ohio State University. While at Ohio State, Brandon competed for the Gymnastics Team where he became NCAA Champion, Big Ten Conference Champion, and Ohio State Athletics Hall of Fame inductee. Additionally, Brandon represented Team USA internationally as a member of the gymnastics team becoming the most decorated American gymnast on Rings in USA Gymnastics history.

    Brandon Serves on the board of Affordable Housing Alliance of Central Ohio and USA Gymnastics.

  • Lorraine DAversa

    Partner, Strategic Advisor

    Lorraine DAversa currently serves as Partner and strategic advisor for Wynn Developers. She is instrumental in providing strategic guidance on investment and operating decisions throughout the portfolio of investments.

    For the majority of her career, Lorraine served as a principal and manager of Cherry Hill Industrial Sites, a master-planned business park comprising approximately 2.1 million square feet of office and industrial space. For more than 25 years, she oversaw the development, operating performance, and eventual disposition of the property, consistently maintaining an average occupancy rate of 95%. The business park and commercial portfolio housed numerous national, international, and institutional-grade tenants, including Siemens, Okidata, Marsam Pharmaceuticals, Elkins-Sinn, and the corporate headquarters of Commerce Bank/TD Bank.

  • Lincoln Fahrbach

    Vice President of Asset Management

    Lincoln Fahrbach serves as Vice President of Asset Management for the Firm, where he is responsible for the oversight of investment analysis, asset management, and portfolio management functions.

    Prior to joining Wynn Developers, Lincoln spent 5 years at Coastal Ridge Real Estate, a national real estate investment firm with $6.4B AUM where he served in both investment and asset management capacities. Most recently, he led Asset Management efforts for Coastal Ridge’s scattered-site business line which comprised +$300 Million AUM and over +200 assets. Lincoln has over 11 years of private real estate investment experience.

    Lincoln is a graduate of The Ohio State University, Max M. Fisher College of Business. While at Ohio State, Lincoln was a member of the Varsity Swimming Team where he became Big Ten Conference Champion, NCAA All-American, and earned Ohio State Scholar-Athlete distinctions—and would later be named a varsity team captain twice.

  • Logan Fortune

    Investment Analyst

    Logan Fortune serves as Investment Analyst for the Firm, where he is responsible for new acquisition investment analysis, market analysis, deal sourcing, and transaction management activities.

    Prior to joining Wynn Developers, Logan served in property management and operations capacities for North Steppe Realty, a vertically-integrated student-housing and conventional multifamily investment business headquartered in Columbus OH MSA with $200M of AUM. Additionally, Logan spent time in Investment Sales roles at a large national commercial multifamily brokerage in the Cleveland OH MSA office.

    Logan is a graduate of The Ohio State University, Max M. Fisher College of Business where he majored in Finance. During his time at Ohio State, Logan worked in retail leasing roles at Casto, a national commercial real estate owner with $ 26M SF.

  • Dr. Laura Sims

    Director of Operations

    Dr. Laura Sims serves as Director of Operations for the Firm, where she is responsible for the oversight of internal systems, performance management, corporate functions, and operational administration and scalability.

    Prior to joining Wynn Developers, Laura spent over 15 years in executive leadership roles, including consulting engagements with 10 regional real estate companies throughout the nation. Her work has focused on designing operational infrastructure, implementing accountability frameworks, and scaling execution across diverse organizational models.

    Laura holds a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina.
